No Show / Cancellation Policy 

- Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled service. A No Show or a Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a Non-Refundable fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.

Late Policy

- If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may not be able to provide the full service for which you are scheduled for. You will still be charged for the total scheduled service.

Refund Policy 

- Refunds are NOT offered on hair services under any circumstance.
