Late Policy

 

If you are 15 minutes or later to your appointment I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service to something we can do in the allotted time.

For services that are only allotted a 15-20min time slot (i.e. Bang Trims, Extension Edits, or Extensions Consultations) any lateness may result in a cancellation of the appointment.

 

 

Booking Policy

A valid credit card must be placed on file to book your service per my cancellation policy. Card on file is not required to be the same card used at service checkout.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations within 24 hours, or No Shows will result in a non refundable 50% charge of the scheduled appointment with the card you have on file. 

 

 

Adjustment Policy

Any requested adjustments must be brought to my attention within one week (7 days) of the performed service. Any adjustment requests made outside of the original consulted upon service will be an additional charge.

 

 

Refund Policy

Refunds are NOT offered under any circumstances.
