FAQ’s
Q: CAN I WEAR MY HAIR IN A PONYTAIL?
A: Yes! Both hand tied and Ktip extensions are discreet and easily worn.
Q: HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?
A: It depends on the method. With hand tied extensions the hair on average lasts 8-10 months depending on at home care. Ktip hair is used once and replaced with new hair at every re install appointment.
Q: CAN I SWIM WITH EXTENSIONS?
A: I recommend not exposing the extensions to saltwater or chlorine to prevent drying them out or discoloration. If you can’t avoid the water though, make sure to prep them before getting in. Go to the extension care page to read how!
Q: HOW OFTEN ARE MOVE UPS?
A: For hand tied extensions move up will be every 6-9 weeks. For Ktips, you’ll come in for a re install every 12-16 weeks where the old hair is removed and new hair is installed.
Q: IS IT HUMAN HAIR?
A: Yes, it is 100% human hair.
Q: DO EXTENSIONS DAMAGE YOUR HAIR?
A: Just like any other salon service, extensions have the potential to cause damage if they are not installed properly by a trained and experienced stylist. Extensions also require more at home care to ensure no damage in between appointments.
